I created this practice from my own life.

There was a time when I couldn’t understand why I felt so drained all the time.

I would wake up exhausted.
Leave conversations feeling heavy.
Walk into a room and immediately feel the tension, sadness, anxiety, or unspoken emotions in my body.

And then I would carry it.

Sometimes for hours. Sometimes for days.

It wasn’t until I started doing deeper healing work and learning how to clear what wasn’t mine, call my own energy back, and reconnect with my body, that things slowly began to shift.

Not in an overnight, dramatic way.
But steadily. Gently.

I began feeling more like myself again.
More grounded. More clear. More present.

This is a practice I still return to in my own life, and one I often share with my clients.
